Account details — your name (or display name), email address, and the club you support.
Engagement activity — the fan actions you log (e.g. attending, watching, sharing), your Fan Influence Score, Fan Influence Points balance, leaderboard position and reward redemptions.
Technical data — device type, app version, and basic usage/diagnostic information.

2. How we use it

To create and run your account and provide the Service.
To calculate your Fan Influence Score, leaderboards and Fan Influence Points rewards.
To keep the Service secure, fix problems and improve features.
To contact you about your account or the beta (you can opt out of non-essential messages).

3. Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you sign up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), and consent (for optional communications, which you may withdraw at any time).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting.
Apple / Google — app distribution and sign-in.
GoDaddy / Microsoft 365 — website hosting and email.

We may also disclose data if required by law.

5. Storage & international transfers

Data is stored on our providers' servers and may be processed outside the UK. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. To exercise any of these, email player@scorefluence.ai. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
