These terms govern your use of the Scorefluence website and app (the "Service"), operated by Scorefluence [registered company name]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old [confirm/adjust] to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no fraudulent activity, no attempting to inflate your score or rewards through fake or automated actions, no interfering with the platform, and no unlawful, abusive or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Fan Influence Score & Fan Influence Points

Fan Influence Points are a loyalty rewards mechanic — not money and not a cryptocurrency. Fan Influence Points and your Fan Influence Score:

have no monetary or cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be bought, sold, transferred or traded between users;
are not a token, security, financial instrument or currency of any kind;
are a licence to redeem available rewards within the Service, and may expire or change.

We may adjust scoring, balances, rewards and rules to keep the Service fair, and we can correct errors or reverse activity that breaches these terms.

4. Predictions & voting

Any predictions, polls or votes are for entertainment and engagement only. They are free to enter and do not involve betting, wagering, or prizes of real-world monetary value. The Service is not a gambling product.

5. Rewards

Rewards are subject to availability and may be provided by us or third parties (such as clubs or partners). They may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time, and may carry their own terms.

6. Beta

The Service is provided as a beta: features may change, be interrupted, or contain bugs, and data may be reset. It is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding and content are owned by Scorefluence or its licensors. Club names and marks belong to their respective owners; their use does not imply partnership or endorsement unless stated.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or rewards. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
